Shipping policy

Made to order

Each item is made to order: a print partner prints it after you order. That takes a little longer than off-the-shelf shopping. Your total wait is production time plus shipping time.

Typical timing

• Production: estimated 2–7 business days.
• Shipping in the US: estimated 3–8 business days after production.
• Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, since different products can come from different print partners.

These ranges are estimated, to be confirmed with our print partners before launch. They are not a guarantee. Busy seasons and carrier delays can make orders take longer.

Where we ship

At launch we plan to ship to addresses in the United States (US) only. This page will be updated if more countries are added.

Shipping costs

Any shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Planned: a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Holiday orders

Holiday order cutoff dates will be announced before each holiday season. If you’re ordering a gift, order early.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address before you order. Planned — to be confirmed before launch: if a package comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we intend to help arrange a reship, but the new shipping cost may be yours to cover.
